Budgam, May 28 (KNO): Budgam police on Thursday evening diffused two live shells in Khag area of Central Kashmir's Budgam district, officials said.
Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that during the cleaning of a Nallah at Drang Khag area of Budgam, locals spotted two unexploded shells.
They said that after spotting the shells, they informed the police about the matter.
A police officer said that after receiving the information, a police party from Police Station Khag rushed to the spot and called Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS), which later diffused both the shells.
A case in this regard has been registered at Police Station Khag while the investigation has been started—(KNO)
Two Army men among four test positive in Rajouri, toll 19
Rajouri, May 28 (KNO): Two Army men were among the four more persons who were tested positive on Thursday in Rajouri district, thus taking the total number of Coronavirus patients in the district to 19.
Among four fresh cases, two among them are from Kalakote Sub Division area and were in quarantine, officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), adding that the duo is having a travel history.
Furthermore, they said that two other patients who were tested positive today are serving Army personnel who returned from homes after completion of leave period and were in quarantine in Army establishments –(KNO)
